Submit a Special Request
A special request is any change to your account that requires assistance from support. There are typically two types of special requests:
- Account modification – A change to your existing account functions – such as verbiage, documents, and minor administrative changes.
- Enhancement request – A suggestion for a completely new function or feature of the software.
- We only accept special requests from Superintendents and other district-wide personnel, such as district coordinators, guidance directors, and business administrators.
- Enhancements take time. Expect a minimum turnaround time of 1-2 months, and a maximum turnaround time of 6 months. How quickly a request is executed depends heavily on the complexity of the enhancement.
